THICK latigo leather thigh restraints - designed to fit females to  males
This thigh restraint set measures 28" long and fits 15.5" to 23" thighs. The outer band is 7/9 latigo about 2.5" wide with the inner strap about 1.5". Two 1.5" D rings are secured with high quality rivets and a nice roller buckle makes closing and opening easy.
