  CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: We are here for you to contact with questions before you make a purchase. If you have any questions, whatsoever, be sure to e-mail us before your purchase. Since you agree to all terms and conditions of sale it is imperative that you know what you are buying before you purchase. Due to United State Health Department Regulations, we must state that ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  If you have questions on size, availability, shipping, or if there is anything we can assist you with, e-mail customer service , contact your local representative, or call a customer service representative at 314-852-1369.
     Our customers and their satisfaction is very important to us. We guarantee that our products are high quality and free of defects. However due to the personal nature of our items, Health Department Regulations do not allow us to resell items.  It is unfortunate but this policy is in part due to the fact that people will purchase fetish wear, wear the item, and then return for refund. Additionally, for your safety, no item may be returned to insure that you receive items that are new and have not been worn by others, used in any way that could be harmful, or have been involved in play of any sort. Since there is no way to insure that the item was not worn/used and  then returned, we must deny all returns for all reasons. All purchases made are done so with the understanding that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. And you furthermore agree that you will not attempt to charge back a purchase nor issue a complaint since the terms of ALL SALES ARE FINAL have been clearly stated.

CURRENCY: All prices are noted in United States Currency. All purchase made must be paid in US Dollar Currency. 

SECURITY OF ON LINE ORDERING: All payment for on-line orders are accepted using PayPal Business Solutions, by either a credit card or an e-check.   You are important to us and as such we use  the most well known and respected credit card transaction processor, Pay Pal Business Solutions.   You place your credit card or banking information through their secured server. They use a secure check-out form to transmit your sensitive data. The check out process works best using Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. You can be confident when you see the yellow pad lock in the lower right hand portion of your browser indicating you are on a secured site. No employee of representative ever takes your personal information.

VENDING AND HOUSE PARTY CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS: If cash is a problem when you are dealing with Fetish Flair personally, no problem. You make your purchase on the spot - however when you get back home you will log into PayPal to make the payment. Once payment is made your order that was pulled and marked as yours at the show/event will be shipped or you can make arrangements to pick the order up. If you are not familiar with PayPal then Fetish Flair will send you a PayPal invoice at your e-mail so PayPal can walk you through the steps. 

CONFIDENTIALITY: Your privacy is very important to us, so all items sent are in a nondescript package. Additionally, your e-mail or address will never become part of a marketing sales list. We will never sell your e-mail, your mailing address, or name to anyone - ever. Furthermore, we do not sell, trade or exchange our customer data with anyone. We consider the information you provide to us as confidential. We use it only for the purpose of processing your order and serving you as our customer. You will never receive catalogs or unsolicited e-mail from anyone else because of doing business with Fetish Flair  If in anyway you feel your privacy has been violated, please contact us immediately. Your personal bank and credit card information is never received at Fetish Flair.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS: We offer high quality photographs of our items for your review. If you have any additional questions please contact customer service with your concerns on a product, before you place an order. Accessories shown with clothing or shoes, such as hosiery, gloves, shoes, hats, jewelry, collars, boas, whips/ toys are NOT included. Many of the items in the photographs may be purchased separately. Due to the differences in photography, screen/monitor resolutions, brightness settings, contrast settings, and color settings, actual color may vary.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: Although Fetish Flair has stock of many items it is not unusual for a product to sell out faster than we  anticipated. If an item is not in stock we will usually have it within seven business days or have the manufacturer drop ship the item to you. If the item has been discontinued from our supplier and we were were not informed, we will be sure to contact you as soon as possible with another suggestion, to issue a credit, or refund. 
       Fetish Flair offers special one of a kind items, close out items that will be discontinued, and last chance sales. These special pages selling one of a kind items remind you that the low price or uniqueness of the item means that the item(s) will sell fast! We endeavor to keep the site up to date but it is possible that orders can come in for the same thing before we have a chance to remove the item from the web site. The item will be sold to the first order that is processed. If you attempt to make a special purchase you accept that the item may already be out of stock at the time of purchase. If this is the case we will  allow you the option of a refund or will apply credit to another Fetish Flair item.  
       In order to keep our prices low we do not stock all items in all sizes. In many cases the item you order from us will be ordered by us within 48 hours of your order. This means that a special order was placed for your item and the commitment of purchase by you has been made. If you change your mind it may be impossible for us to stop the order process. If Fetish Flair has not ordered the item  then we may be able to cancel the order. Again, we remind you that All Sales are Final.

DELIVERY: Delivery of your item(s) depends on the location it is being shipped to as well as the method Fetish Flair uses for shipping.  Shipping will be either by United Parcel Service or United States Postal System. Once your order is shipped you will be e-mailed with the method of shipping, shipping information and the tracking information. If you have a question about the delivery status of an order e-mail customer service for an update.  We process the orders as soon as possible but if you have an order of clothing and novelties we will not ship the items separate. Your order will be retained until it is completed and sent to you complete.  We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or delay delivery of an order without being liable for any loss or damage if the supply of the goods is prevented or delayed for circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for "acts of God', weather, or technology failures that may interrupt us providing prompt delivery of your items. We endeavor to ship as soon as possible and although most orders will be received by our clients in less than two week we state that you must allow 4-8 weeks delivery time in case of any out of stock items are ordered.

U.S.A. SHIPPING: All items are shipped in nondescript packages for your discretion. All packages require a receipt of signature so we are assured that you have received your items. We except no responsibility for parcels sent to an address other than the cardholders address, parcels are usual sent "signed for delivery". We do not ship to post office boxes except by US Postal mail. 

NON-USA SHIPPING: We enjoy selling all over the world but please be aware that your own country's Customs may impose an import duty of which you will have to pay. A full street address and telephone number is required for shipping outside of the U.S.A. Contact customer service by e-mail letting us know what you would like to order. We will then evaluate the shipping and send you the before you order. Sometimes the shipping is only a few dollars more than what we would charge for USA shipping, however sometimes the shipping may be an additional $20.00 or more. See International Orders.

RETURN, CREDITS,  EXCHANGES, AND INSURANCE: On all tangible items; shipping must include insurance charges in case the item is damaged or lost during shipping. This is to protect our clients and will be included in shipping charges.  Items  may NOT be returned once they are received. If the package is damaged you must refuse the delivery in order to receive full credit or refund. No refunds will be given if you take possession of the package. Refuse the delivery if it is damaged. If you do receive the package and find later that the item has been destroyed or damaged you must take it up with the delivery system for the insurance coverage. We are not responsible for returns without an RMA # or if it was sent to us uninsured. Goods are NOT shipped 'upon approval' - all sales are final. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED. In very rare cases we may issue an  RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) but only for reasons such if we have accidentally shipped the wrong item. All return packages must be sent to us via insured U.S. Mail or UPS. 
      If we issue an RMA to accept a return on leather goods or clothing there will be a restocking fee of 35% plus the shipping. The return of the item must be within five days of the receipt of the item. Upon our receipt and examination of the returned item we may issue a refund (less restocking and shipping) through PayPal, issue a gift certificate or apply the amount as a credit on your account for future purchases.

NOTICE OF 18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement - Fetish Flair is in full compliance with the requirements of  18 U.S.C. 2257 and associated regulations. In cases where the photography was from the manufacturer or wholesaler, records and responsibility remains with them. They state that all models used were at least eighteen years of age at time of photography and valid photo identification copy and model releases were obtained whereas any nudity is shown or relationship to possible adult activities. RECORDS ARE MAINTAINED BY PHOTOGRAPHERS AND/OR MANUFACTURERS. We do not make/produce any human photography.

WAIVER: In making a purchase from Fetish Flair you waive all rights of repercussion from any implied or implemented usage of any of the items purchased. Items are sold as novelties only. Descriptions of possible uses or representation of a use is fiction or posed photography. Photo representations of possible uses as props does not indicate that the novelty item is to be used in any fashion. In making a purchase you agree to waive any and all rights and accept full responsibility of your own actions.  In making a purchase you understand that you may be making a purchase through an on-line affiliate program and not directly purchasing from the web site, individual, or company that is enrolled in this affiliate program.
